WakeWell is designed so that people can search for community resources without creating an account and without sharing personal information.

You do not need to tell WakeWell why you need help, your medical history, criminal history, immigration status, or any other sensitive information to search the directory.

Information we collect

The only information WakeWell collects is what you choose to provide through our voluntary forms:

• Suggest a Resource
• Verify or Update a Listing
• Report Incorrect Information
• Contact WakeWell

Each form asks only for the details needed to review your message. Several fields are optional and are clearly marked.

How your information is used

Submissions are reviewed by the Illuminate NC team that maintains WakeWell. Your information is used only to evaluate and improve the directory. We do not sell or share your information.

Resource listings

The organizations listed in WakeWell are independent community providers. WakeWell and Illuminate NC do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information. Information may change — when in doubt, contact the organization directly.

WakeWell is a free community service created and maintained by Illuminate NC. There is no charge to use WakeWell or to be listed.
