Mariam Clinic provides free health care to uninsured Wake County residents who cannot afford medical care. Services include acute care for illness and injury, chronic care for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, mental health and psychiatric services, and dental referrals. The clinic is open Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM by appointment only — no walk-ins are accepted. Emergency services, walk-in appointments, and prenatal care are not available. Patients must register and become a Mariam Clinic patient to receive services.
