Wake Smiles provides quality dental care to under-resourced, uninsured adults in Wake County through volunteer dentists. To become a patient, you must be a Wake County resident, uninsured (no Medicaid, Medicare, or other dental insurance), and low income, and you must be referred by one of Wake Smiles' participating partner agencies (such as Neighbor Health or Urban Ministries of Wake County). There is a $40 administrative fee for each appointment. Wake Smiles is located inside The Salvation Army Judy D. Zelnak Center of Hope.
