B & D Integrated Health Services offers two outpatient programs at one Wake Forest location. Outpatient Therapy (OPT): outpatient mental-health therapy based on clinical need, including individual, family and group therapy. Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP): structured outpatient addiction treatment for adults with substance-use disorders, including individual and group substance-use counseling, family counseling, life-skills support and case management.
